Brick Mason Series #5. 32 oz growler.
Pour is a nice mid-amber body with tremendous clarity.
Head better than expected. a light film forma across the beer with some modest lace.
Nose has obvious liquor but it feels in check. Tastes do the same thing. A light burn accompanies the obvious liquor element.
No burn, which is unusual for a beer of this type.
It’s not something that I like a lot, but if you are into bourbon aged stuff then this might hit a spot. It’s really quite light and approachable, which seems slightly oxymoronic for a beer of this nature.
