Clear gold body, high white head and sticky lace, all a little reminiscent of sticky nugs.

Plenty of aspirin like C notes breaking everywhere, with some sweetness. The beer is quite drinkable considering the style.

Bitterness competes with sweetness all over. The beer and the alcohol are mildly warming. Some resin and pine lingers on the very backend. More aspirin there, too.

Mouthfeel is quite light considering everything, and I really expected it to be much slicker and viscous.

More C character and a little cleaner and less heavy and ‘sticky’ than sticky nugs but it’s obviously of the same ilk.
