Hazy and murky mid-orange pour.
Nice, dense white head and some good lace.
Generally I’m not a fan of single hop beers, or beers where one particular hop is very dominant for that matter, but at least Centennial is one that’s going to work in such a beer.
The nose is very strong and green – as it should be. Tastes are a little more reserved, and that’s almost certainly (partly) a function of this beer’s age.
Not really a style of beer that I care for much, but to be honest it’s a pretty good example. Solid.
