Pour delivers the requisite hazed, golden body, fluffy head and the accompanying head retention and lace. Classic looking.

Nose also gives many expected notes but the subtlety is pronounced. Surprising (again).

The beauty of this beer is the ABV – EVERYTHING flows from it. All of the requisite saison notes are there, but they manifest themselves in a more subtle manner than many beers in the contemporary, American category.
