$5.49 for the 12 oz corked and caged affair. Yellow dot-matrix date is obliterated on the neck.
Brewed with ‘Golden Raisins’ (that I think is American for sultanas) and white pepper. Potentially a beer that I am VERY interested in. VERY.
Always holding my breath with carbonation and Lost Abbey – medium to low pop on opening . No gun smoke.
Lovely, hazed golden color.
Light, musty citrus in the nose, Intensified in the mouth with a real satsuma peel and juice note. Tasty.
Wow! A beer to remember and a return to the high point of beers like Judgment Day and Red BArn by Lost Abbey for me.
Ironically, not as much white pepper character as some that don’t advertise white pepper.
