Nice change of pace. 750 mL, capped wine bottle style.

Incredibly light, hazed lemon pour with, if I’m honest, a disappointing head. Far too light. On the plus side the carbonation does offer a lively beer, if a little thin.

Good funk and tartness on the nose that leads to a really strong funk in the mouth. Full flavor if not quite full bodied.

Light funk with a gently tart finish. Never aggressive, quite simple.

3.9 % ABV is welcome, and the beer offers well crafted simplicity. Feels a little green with some gooseberry and a little Apple.
