Lot number is hard to read. Looks like 18 07 ba20 but that last digit could be a 6. Best Before end 2028.

At first a dirty, lime green pour with a lovely head. Nice lace, a thin collar and some film on the surface. In stronger light the beer takes on a little more of a yellow-green color.

A very light lemonade shandy on the nose.

Lively mouthfeel with some lovely carbonation, that evens out to a really creamy finish.

Another, almost impossible to describe Fantôme beer – imagine that! There’s a lovely, easy bitterness about this beer which is tempered by the carbonation. Then comes some almost fruity acidity. The creamy mouthfeel keeps coming back. Maybe some lemongrass, maybe some very, very light grapefruit or perhaps more accurately marmalade. In fact buttered toast with some marmalade.

The bitterness is relatively mild, but present. The creamy mouthfeel persists, and there’s almost a tonic water feel about parts of the beer. The creamy mouthfeel produces a frothy beer in parts.

Finish has classic Fantôme herbal bitterness that lingers on the back end. Drinks higher than the advertised 4.5%

I’m not sure much of that is very helpful, but this is a really hard beer to describe. That doesn’t matter much, since it’s absolutely delicious. Yet another indescribably magnificent beer.
