Nice color, I can do without the haze. Head is good and high, decent retention and some nice sticky lace.
Nose is aromatic, and quite citrusy that might well be a function of the Sterling hops. The beer is really quite flavorful, with a few different, competing factors. There is a spicy, herbal feel about it, plus almost a lime-based citrus feel. Relatively low bitterness, rather the spice and herbal notes provide the bite. Medium mouthfeel.
Pretty complex, with a decent biscuit backbone. Drinks easily, and is thirst-quenching and, again, very flavorful. Tasty. If only this were completely filtered or fined differently, then I’d give it a really high score, without that, the body just looks somewhat unattractive to me.
