Honey orange body with a great initial white head. However, head retention is quite poor, but there is some lace. A thin white collar and film both persist some.

Some real strong bubble-gum on the nose – very noticeable.

Tastes give some really nice alcohol laden fruit, along with those original bubble-gum elements. Alcohol kicks in a little on the backend too. Along with the ester based fruits, there is a nice spice/bitter element that sits around the edges, and brings the beer to a nice, rounded package. Back-end and aftertaste is a good mix of alcohol and spice.

Very nice, and as an American version of the style, I’m very happy. Nicely done, well within style guidelines and that’s a good thing.
