Decent carbonation. Great brown garnet color. Head not huge but does the job considering both the age and ABV.

Nose and taste are really quite excellent. Alcohol sweetness with raisins and figs are there, but all in check. Feels ‘quadish’! Good.

Quite subtle, if sweet. Breaks beautifully over the tongue. At first the alcohol seems aggressive for maybe a second, and then it breaks to sweet perfection. Light burn and brown sugar. Superb.
