Bright copper body with a wispy, white head. Looks great.
Nose has good levels of clean orange that reflects the color.
Light viscosity and alcohol are certainly present and forceful.
The beer seems a little clean and bitter for a real Tripel. Yeast is not a big presence and it feels a little imperial pils like. A little noble bitterness.
Increasing spice pushes through the bitterness. Some white pepper notes that are more authentic for actripel keep on keeping on.
I like it, even if the yeast element is not there. Good spice, good pepper, good alcohol if a little different.
