Really, what’s the point? A mediocre American DIPA to mark an anniversary? Why?
Cloudy, uninteresting and at 9.5% this gets tiresome quickly.
I dunno, this is a big, American DIPA with a lack of clarity and a muddy appearance and taste. Malts battle with hops, and that seems like a bad combo. It’s a battle and grind to drink, without grace or much payoff in the end.
22 oz bottle.. ABC/RedBrick describe this as, “A masterful blend” of 9 hops and 5 malts HA! What this actually drinks like is a poorly brewed beer with no direction and a muddled mess.
