Some folks over at beeradvocate.com are trying to put together a list of beers with QC issues.
They have summarized the collective, anecdotal and factual wisdom in a Google Docs Spreadsheet that you can find here.
I know Seth to be reliable, but of course he can only be as good as the data that he has been given. As such, take it for what it’s worth, but it may be useful to you.
I have personal, first hand experience of problems with the following beers on that list, all of which matched the comments made in the spreadsheet.
Cigar City: Improvisación Oatmeal Rye, Maduro Oatmeal Brown, Marshal Zhukov
Deschutes: ’09 Abyss
Lost Abbey: 375 mL Angels Share Bourbon
